Mr. Huntley has been in the education field since 2006. He started his career as a History Teacher at Effingham County High School. He taught many different subjects, including US History, World History, Government, Economics, and AP Human Geography. Throughout his time at ECHS, he enjoyed coaching Baseball and Softball for the Rebels. Mr. Huntley served as Assistant Principal and Athletic Director for ECHS for five years before coming to Crossroads as Coordinator. He has a passion for kids and working with them to reach their potential. Mr. Huntley resides in Effingham County with his wife Sara, who works as an Assistant Principal at Ebenezer Elementary School, and his two kids, Elisabeth and John Matthew, who attend Ebenezer Elementary.
Jeff Faith began his educational career in 2004 while serving as a School Counselor in the Chatham County school system. Mr. Faith then took a job at South Effingham Middle School in 2005, where he continued to serve as counselor and coached girls' volleyball, boys' basketball and boys & girls' track. After completing his specialist degree in leadership, Mr. Faith accepted an Assistant Principal position at South Effingham High School and later served as the Athletic Director. Mr. Faith remained at SEHS until accepting the Assistant Coordinator position at Crossroads Academy in 2020. Mr. Faith uses his counseling and administrative background to serve the students, staff, and parents at Crossroads, where he thrives on building and sustaining relationships and assisting students in life and academia. Mr. Faith's wife of 20 years, Jennifer, and two kids, Micah and Calleigh, reside in Effingham County.
